McDonalds Centurion Lifestyle Centre *****s your money and doesn't pay it back.

After placing my order and paying for it, the money went off my account, I then had to pay a second time because their system went offline, I showed my account and they said I had to pay again it will reverse. However, it did not and I had paid 2 times, I was told to contact them, I drove there a second time to get my money to be told that head office would sort it out. How difficult is it to pay back R269. I have contacted both head office and the branch. Yet no feedback... Seriously PAY BACK THE MONEY.
