Mcdonalds Centurion gives terrible service!

I'm very disappointed in McDonald's Centurion and their service. I downloaded the app and got all these amazing offers but when I redeemed them I was given extremely bad service and the meal was incomplete. The cashier even took my phone and rated herself without my permission. Its the 2nd time I experience this terrible ordeal and don't think i'll be using the app or visiting any of the restaurants ever again.
