McDonald's Cashier insisted that I tap my bank card twice, I paid one meal twice

I am disappointed with McDonalds Midrand central. The cashier made me pay twice for one meal. I told her the money went through but she insisted that I tap my bank card again because the first amount is going to bounce back. It never did, I went back and I was sent to the manager Patricia who gave me a wrong email. I went back and they told me they will follow up and they never did and I was treated like I am making false claims. Same thing happened at McDonalds grey owl, I refused to tap twice and I left. Is not appearing on my transactions yet, I hope I am safe this time. To be safe I think I will stay away from McDonalds
