McDonald's carnival staff are super rude

Disgusted by the service we received from McDonald's carnival mall. A lady by the name of kanenelo was assisting us. When we requested ketchup she **** and said they were out of sachets only for a colleague to actually hand them to her, when we asked why was she dishonest she literally said in Isizulu, 'niyawafuna or aniwafuni', meaning do you want them or not. We can't be buying food and then be treated as though she is doing us a favor by actually rendering her services.
