Mcdonalds Carnival Mall - poor service

Mcdonalds Carnival Mall has a poor service and this is actually not my first time in countering such a behavior. The drive through staff are so rude. U stopped for a while going there and used parkrand (great service always).Today my husband wanted Kfc so we went to carnival mall and I regret using the McDonald's. So I asked for a mcfeast spicy. They do not hear me. When I check the burger it was normal mc feast. So I ask them to include the spicy sauce. This lady refuses. Then I throw a fit. They changed the burger, did not even apologize ans throw me with the food. I asked for no ice in the cooldrink, they put ice. U will never use their service.
