McDonald's Carnival Mall

I only gave a 1 star because I had to otherwise I couldn't have written my review, I have been to McDonald's Carnival Mall...I had waited over 30 minutes in the drive through line. When I got ordering the guy taking the order was rude and inpatient. Mostly everything on the menu was not available. Oh and apparently I had to order something...When I got to the window and asked for my order to be repeated he completely ignored me, and was told that my slip will be presented at the next window, when i saw the slip he had upsized my meal twice, when I get my order apparently they were out of hot sauce and charged me twice for McChicken sauce. The service attendees were absolutely rude and was so annoyed when I pointed this out. This is not the first time that this happened, every time there's always something wrong and when it gets pointed they make it a problem. And if the order comes and goes back to them and when they give me the correct order, it's always deconstructed in some way. Customer care is pathetic for a 24hr fast food outlet because it's utterly disappointing.
