McDonald's Carlton Centre alway bad

McDonald's Carlton Centre is bad with customer service. With these new order machines it's even worse cos the stuff expects me to know how to operate the thing. I never received any training on that machine. It's the second time that this happens, I reported it the first time and it seems like nobody at McDonald's Carlton Centre knows their job.
