McDonald's Carletonville poor service delivery

Specifically McDonald's Carletonville Mall, ordered 2 iced coffees, asked the cashier for 2 extra pumps if caramel in both, she didnt understand we want extra pumps in both so we had to repeat ourselves,when we received our coffees, there was extra pumps in only one of them and the milk is sour. The staff never look willing to help you. I have ordered there alot in the past, it became more less frequent because of their bad service and health violation with sour milk.
