MCDONALD'S CAPRICORN MUIZENBERG

Worst McDonald's experience, in CAPRICORN, Muizenberg Cape Town.

Attempt to buy an ice cream on the 2 October 2021 @ 20h15, and used the walk-in as the drive through was closed. Only to be told at the door, they are closed for walk-inns, this despite seeing someone enter not even a minute after I arrived at the door.

I asked to speak to a manager, and was told there was none to speak to, and that I must go use the drive through and the door was shut in my face.

There was no help and the attitude of the staff was extremely unprofessional.

What is the closure times for walk-inns at this McDonald's store? And was was some else let in and not me. Why is the times also not updated or even displayed?
