Mcdonalds Cape Town - 2 days and still waiting for delivery

I have submitted a order online yesterday 08 July 2018 08h20 Am . It stated that the delivery will happen at 10h25. I accepted that long duration as I though it might be busy and it might come quicker as they usually dont take that long. 10h25 came...still nothing...my order status hasn't even moved when looking at track my order. 14h00 came - I still haven't received anything. What is worse...Its now Monday morning 09h00 AM and STILL I haven't received it, not even a phone call or a email or a sms ...nothing. I took screenshots of the order and the times together when the current time was, This is absolutely PATHETIC!
