Mcdonalds Cape Road - Yukky food, yukky service

I ordered 2 mega mcf****ins, 2 hashbrowns and 2 hazelnut mochas for delivery through Ubereats. The Mcdonalds responsible for our order was Cape Road Mcdonalds, Port Elizabeth. I paid R244 for this order and it was terrible. The driver arrived who by the way was very friendly and helpful, he waited for me to assist my client before giving me the food. He was embarrassed to give it over. The mochas had fallen out into the container he had them, it was not sealed correctly, the cups were soiled in the mocha. I called the dealership twice before they had answered and eventually when they had answered I was transferred twice before the manager could make time to speak to me. While holding, the manager and the lady who took my call were discussing how I refused to leave a message and wanted to hold for the manager, they discussed my complaint and when the manager, Xoliswa, got to speak to me she was already hostile and defensive without even listening to my complaint. I told her on 2 occasions during our call that she wasn't listening to me. She sighs and tells me to send the driver back to collect new mochas. This was because I started getting angry, not because she listened to my complaint. I get inside to eat my food, the burger bun is stale and breaking and it's dry. The hasbrown was stale and dry. It was the first time I had ordered from Cape Road and the last, each time I've been there myself the generator wasn't working and we couldn't get food of which now I'm grateful for because their food is terribly made, there's no passion or zest.
