McDonald's Cape Road - Maximum incompetence

One of my worst fast food experiences from Mcdonalds Cape Road in Port Elizabeth. I ordered meals for the family that had a few items. I got home and noticed that the Big Mac meal which I ordered was missing. I drove back which is a 20 minute drive for me. I got there and managed to get the big Mac meal in the end. Because I trusted them and was assured all was in order I took the order back with me home just to find out that the waffle fries which was in my initial order is suddenly missing. I once again drove back because I was assured that everything was in order and obviously I was made out to be the fool in this scenario. I got there requested that my money be returned and that they deduct the medium size orange juice and regular coke. I am not sure you one spends R254 rand and only gets a return of R180. I never knew that the McDonald's medium orange juice and regular coke zero all comes out to a full R84. It kinda feels like a total ******* for all the effort and grief I was put through. I am not sure if this is a regular occurrence but it is safe to say that this is the last time I placed any drive through orders at McDonald's Cape road.
