McDonald’s Canal Walk - Worst McDonald’s in existence

McDonald’s Canal Walk restaurant deserves no freaking stars. They continue to offer ********** service both in store and on the Uber eats app. I just placed an order that included a Promo of free chilli cheese fries if the order was over R150. My order was over R150 and the McDonald’s had THE FREAKING NERVE to tell me they don’t participate in that promo and yet Uber eats clearly showed that they were one of the only participating stores in the area. And they cannot say they never had stock because part of my order that I payed for was CHILLI CHEESE FRIES . I’m sick and tired the staff and manager included are the worst I’ve ever come across having worked in retail for 4 years and their behaviour and service is disgusting something needs to be done.
