McDonald's Campus Square - Horrid service!

your Campus Square branch has irked me! Goodness, they’ve gotten my order wrong every time, possibly every week when I order a meal, I get served something other than what I had ordered. When I complain, I’m perceived as a nuisance & in fact, no one offers to help. Seconds ago, I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and I’m served a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. When I complain, the waiter serving my order via drive-thru eliminates himself from the equation, stating “I don’t take orders for this plain reason.” I meaan? if an order is wrong surely I should be asked if it can be rectified. I’ll pay whatever the difference but at the Campus Square branch, everyone shrugs and carries on, making you seem like a lunatic. ?C’mon. Not even a manager intervenes. I ought to walk or drive off with the incorrect order. There is no moment of happiness if I order there. Countless times. Please advise??!!
