McDonalds - Campus Square (Auckland Park, Johannesburg)

<p>I have been purchasing Cappuccinos from this outlet for a very long time and there has never been a time where the coffee machine worked for more than a month. I have escalated this to the Head Office and initially it was dealt with. The experience has actually deteriorated over time to the point where the coffee machine is not working at all. There are no signs that indicate that the machine is not working or that you cannot purchase Cappuccinos or any other hot beverage that is made by the machine. This causes major frustration in that customers are stopping at this outlet and at times waiting in line in the drive through just to get to the order point to find that no machine beverage is available. I am appalled at the service with regards to this in that even the staff have a don't care attitude in that they tell you straight it is not their problem and that it can be taken up with McDonald's head office, who in turn does nothing about it.</p>
