McDonald’s Burgundy Estate

The worst and slowest service has to go to McDonalds Burgundy Estate . We placed our order with no customers in store in took them over 20 minutes to bring our food , only to bring the wrong order - machine for milkshakes apparently is not working no solutions or alternatives from the service consultants , as we eating after the back forth with wait and wrong food another lady walks in and they give her order without fries - clearly something is really wrong with management or the general staff but there is no care given to customers and staff has no remorse or regards
