Always out of stock on items although its on the menu. Poor customer engagement by staff. Mumbles through radio. Fook takes forever at this particular mcdonalds. This is not the right way to manage the image of mcdonalds, and their brand view through the customers perspective. Its always the case here, absolutely terrible. I am a regular here and its been going backwards everytime.
