McDonald's breaking the curfew law???

I have a concern that I would like McDonald's to attend to. The government in the land has imposed a 9pm - 4am curfew, which basically means no one should be outside their homes between these times except for work and medical purposes.

My question is, how are the staff at McDonald's who knock off after 8pm supposed to get home? Reality of the matter is most of these individuals don't own vehicles, so they are being fetched by relatives. With these relatives not being allowed on the roads after 9pm, how is McDonald's making sure their employees get home legally and safely??
