Mcdonalds brackenhurst

So I went to the McDonald's at brackenhurst. I waited at the drive through for about 20mins... and when I initially asked the lady by the name of Paulina why there was a delay she was very dismissive... I had to ask her again why there was a delay whereby she informed me.that I just had to wait... her attitude was atrocious and had I not paid already I would've taken my money somehow else
