McDonald's Brackenfell terrible service

Poor service from McDonalds Brackenfell. I came into McDonalds at 19:00 and ordered using the automated system. I explicitly selected the to eat in (the left most option on the first screen). I went through the entire process and paid. I received my receipt but not a table service number. Upon receiving my slip, I realized that I did not receive a table sevice number. I queired this with the lady at the McCafe. She rudely rep**** that I didn't select the eat in option. It's not my first time eating at McDonald's Brackenfell and as a software deceloper, I have a basic understanding of how this system works. I dont know who that cashier was cause I couldn't see her name tag but I know she worked between 18:00 and 20:00 at the McDonald's McCafe in McDonald's Brackenfell. She was very rude to me. She even remarked that I was a coconut.

The whole operation isnt smooth at all.
