Mcdonalds brackenfell should just shut down

Brackenfell Mcdonalds should be totally ashamed of themselves. I waited 2.5 hours to receive my food. Called in multiple times only to be placed on hold for no Less than 20 minutes at a time. When the driver eventually arrived WITH ICE COLD FOOD, we refused to pay for the nappy service and in turn this guy started having a screaming match with us ..... after I had asked him to lower his voice because my 8 month old was asleep, he picked up his **** and gave me sub a stink look and attitude and just walked out without saying a word. DISGUSTING. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. *** SERVICE.
