McDonald's Brackenfell Cold Food ALWAYS missing Items even though you PAID in FULL!

We have tried to make contact with the branch it self but they never answer the phone and head office never phoned back regarding an complaint.

I have ordered breakfast online and every time there is items missing and then i have paid for it.

The food is ice cold and of a manor that you can barely eat it.

I'm highly upset as i feel this is *****ing !! Would anyone pay for things they haven't received.

I placed an online order on Monday which was my 5th time and i decided this time i'm complaining as this is happening every time.

My order number was 5-03/09/2 ********** 3
