McDonalds Brackenfell

I have been to McDonald's many times before, and most times, they pride themselves on quick customer service and award-winning fast food. On the 17th of April 2023, I encountered the worse service and customer experience in the Brackenfell McDonald. My order was delayed, and I was asked to pull into the reserved bay to wait on the rest of my order. My food arrived moments later, and I was asked to continue waiting for my iced coffee that would be coming from the McCafe. After 30 mins in the sun, cold chips, and annoyed passengers, I Still didn't receive my iced coffee. Several vehicles in the reserved bay that came after me have been helped beside me. Furious, I went in to find out what was happening; nobody could tell me where the communication was last or what was the reason for this huge inconvenience. I dealt with unprofessional employees that needed leadership. I am from the Brackenfell area and don't recommend this McDonald's to anyone. I was expecting a better customer experience.
