McDonalds Brackenfell are *****

Hi I’m Kezeah Petersen On Wednesday , 30th January 2019 , I ordered from Mc Donald’s Brackenfell delivery service at 18:43 The waiting time is between 30-45 Minutes,therefore I was suppose to receive my food at 19:30 for the latest .

When it came to 19:30 my food didn’t arrive,so I phoned again at 19:40 but this time I selected the update on order option and the lady said my driver left 12 minutes ago and suppose to be by me already.

Then 20:00 passed and still no food, so I phone again and selected the large an complain service , then this person fed me a different story stating that there’s only one driver on duty and that they going to phone my driver and ask him where he is and let me know (but they didn’t )

The driver eventually arrived at 20:13 (keep in mind I made my order at 18:43) I then ask the driver what was up and asked him where was he and why did he take so long?

He said he only left at 19:50 And then I asked him if he was the only one of duty and he said no.

So my question is why is Brackenfell Mc Donald’s lying to their clients?

I then checked my food and it was very coooold and very tasteless and this is so ********* and so pathetic that I had to wait to long and pay so much and receive this disgusting food. The driver then went back and got us fresh fries.

I just want to thank the driver for his honesty and trying is all to make us happy and this isn’t his fault ,it’s the people behind the desk.

We therefore tipped the driver for his efforts,but I still remain in disgust and it’s actually against the law for businesses to lie to their customers .

I did large another complain and the next day customer service contacted me and apologize and said they will get back to me but they still didn’t.

At this moment I’m still tormented by this service And so upset at the same time because of all the money I had to spend I had to buy airtime twice 1. R20 2.R50 Because of being kept on hold for soooooo long

At this moment I want my money back And they record all their calls ,so I hope they go back and hear the recordings and hear that I’m not the one lying but Mc Donald Brackenfell is, They are *****.

I hope no one experience this tormenting service.

Please help me get back what I deserve
