McDonald's BP South Spoiled Cappuccino!!

I bought a tall cappuccino at a drive through yesterday(04/02/2025) only to find out after taking a few sips and opening it that it was spoiled. I took pictures and shared with the manager on email but i have not yet received any response. I also logged a complaint on their website and still no response.

I never expected such a health hazard from McDonalds as they always preach health and safety. I felt unwell the whole day since i drank some of the cappuccino.
