McDonalds Bluff Tara Road - unpleasant

We order from the drive thru at McDonald's Bluff Tara road, the order taker asked if we would like to add oreo pieces to our milkshake for R20 ekstra, we agreed was charged and never given. We also order jalapeño sauce which was also missing and the chips were cold and unpleasant. Was really an unpleasant experience
