McDonald's Bluff DISTURBING SERVICE !!!

McDonald's Durban BluffTowers has the worst service ever, I have been there over 10 times and everytime the order is either missing something or incorrect, Staff are rude and have no respect. I have scaned my code for points on my app over 15 TIMES AND NO DAMN POINTS HAVE BEEN ADDED !!!!!!! and they blame it on McDonald's SA and say the point system is down.....it's so damn disappointing that we get service like this in RSA
