McDonald's Blue Downs disgusting service

After waiting for an hour, my order was ice cold, the coke had fallen out...it was actually in half. The fries were cold and limp. The delivery person handed me those things, and didn't bat an eye when I told him what was wrong. I asked him to replace both cokes, because I paid for it. It wasn't free. I handed the cokes back to him, and haven't heard nor hide or hair from him again. I live literally 3-5 minutes away from McDonald's Blue Downs, yet it took an hour to deliver cold food and half drinks. All the delivery guy said is that it fell out. I am beyond disgusted. I'll never use Uber eats again. Nor will I ever buy anything from McDonald's Blue Downs again
