McDonald's Bloemfontein worst

McDonald's Bloemfontein delivery is the worst to date I have had several complaints at first I had ordered a drink and was not called but got the wrong one and called them they said they had issues with licensing. Funny enough I ordered food for a friend that same day and when I asked the manager told me they had an issue with licensing but he still couldn't respond why I didn't get the drinks which my friend got. Again the fry's I always order extra large and get half and complained about the lettuce which is close to none. When I did that I think cause each time I ordered always asked them to be filled and add lettuce but I'm assuming I annoy them and they always add half I called the call center the agent placed me on hold until it hung up I called again and was never answered... I will never ever buy there they never have time open to order u need to guess and when ordering for certain time they call asking if it could be delivered 3hours earlier they are totally the worst
