McDonalds Birch Acres Poor Service and false advertising!

I have been coming to McDonald’s Birch Acres for the past 2 weeks almost every day to order my favourite Latté Coffee and also wanted to try their new “Flavoured Lattés for R29.90” but to my almost every day or predictable disappointment, I’ve been told the same story every day. “Our Coffee Machine is not working!” For 2 weeks now. Yet everyday they are advertising the coffees on their drive thru menu.
