McDonalds Berea sucks

Last night at My Donald's Berea, Durban 24hrs we were told that they can't serve us and we must go to the drive thru. It was raining cats and dogs so I ask how are we supposed to order any food by the drive thru since the weather was so bad. The manager just looked at me and walked away. We had to order an Uber just to order food.
