McDonald’s Berea- horrible staff

McDonald’s Berea *********** staff. Messed up and order when paying at the drive-they, only to ask the lady at the collect window to confirm what’s going on. Instead she chose to ask another employee to randomly blame Me for the mistake. Called the manager ,multiple times, only for him “not to hear “ me and refuse to answer a call after that. When called again, he answers saying “ yes mam I know you called to complain for no reason” After messing up an order and charging me extra for it. Pathetic
