McDONALDS BENONI _ CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!!

<p>Worst service received from Mcdonalds Benoni.</p> <p> </p> <p>The first incident I placed an order and paid for and a few hours later was informed the order could not be delivered by the store. Even though my account was debited immediately I had to wait 7 days for a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>The second incident was on 18.05.2017, I placed an order online as usual for delivery at 12pm and was told the order will be delivered at 13:20pm. At 14:30pm when i did not receive the delivery of my “lunch” I called to enquire…</p> <p> </p> <p>A delivery guy called me 15:15pm and said he was on route with the delivery and wanted to confirm the company name he would be delivering to. I confirmed the details that lunch was ordered for my husband and he will be receiving the order. On arrival of the delivery, the delivery guy insisted on payment. My husband called the store and explained the situation. I emailed the proof of payment and it was still not acceptable. The manager Sibusiso said he cannot allow the driver to deliver with out payment and asked the driver to return with the meal. This Sibusiso said he will call me with details.. An hour later I had to call him to find out what is going on. He asked me to please be patient.. Really 4 hours later of ordering lunch and hes asking me to be patient. If Mcdonalds is having a system problem I don’t think It should be the customers problem. I still have not yet received my refund from these people and NO LUNCH.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never ever in my life support such a food outlet.</p> <p> </p> <p>The managers attitude is disgusting, he needs to get some people s****s, I hope that the phone call can be retrieved and higher management are able to hear how customers are treated.</p> <p> </p> <p>McDONALDS BENONI _ CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!!</p> <p> </p>
