McDonalds Belhar

McDonald's Belhar is by far the worst location I've visited. Regardless of when you go, the service is consistently disappointing. I waited over an hour for my order, and there’s rarely anyone at the cash register to assist. Even the managers seem unhelpful and dismissive. It feels chaotic, with everyone in their own world and no sense of urgency. Managers are hardly ever around, as if they don’t think management is necessary. When I asked to order the Grimace Shake, the employee told me to order it on the app and walked away without any concern. There was no effort to assist or engage with customers. I’ve started going to the Parow location, and the service there is so much better. I wish everyone could strive for that level of service!
