Disappointing Experience – Missing Items & Slow Service

Ordered two Nazo meals from McDonald's Belhar on Saturday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. First, the delivery took way too long to arrive in Ravensmead. Then, when we finally received our order, a drink and fries were missing!

We checked everything, took pictures, and even have the receipt to prove it. This kind of service is unacceptable. Customers should get exactly what they pay for. Unfortunately, McDonald's Belhar failed in both accuracy and timeliness.

I would not recommend ordering from this location unless they seriously improve their service.
