McDonalds Beaufort West, horrible service and attitude

I was at McDonald’s Beaufort West, this is by far the worst experience. I went inside to redeem my points to get myself some supper. The lady behind the counter had me scan my code on the wrong till. Then went to go fetch the manager / shift manager, who simply just walks in and say there is nothing she can do with an attitude. If this is the level of service that customers who actually follow the point system gets then I dont know this franchise needs to do something about their horrible service.
