McDonald's beacon bay. Pathetic!!!

Came in for a quick lunch. It is fast food after all. Placed order and opted for table service. 20 mins and it shows the order is ready for collecting. My mother decides to collect it to speed up the process. She had to wait 15 mins to collect her order that was displayed ready to collect. 3 customers in front of her we're just as angry. McDonald's beacon bay is severely lacking any training. From basic customer service to complaint handling. The cashier screaming for the manager every 5 minutes as they are constantly messing up isn't customer service. Tables are dirty. Bathrooms filthy and dumb staff who smile at you when youre frustrated rather than helping you. Waiting more than 15 minutes for fast food is pathetic considering McDonald standards elsewhere. I am absolutely disgusted and annoyed.
