McDonalds Beacon Bay

McDonalds Beacon Bay has terrible service with uneducated staff! First we were told they can't make a Mc Royal because they have no pickles. We then asked for a quarter pounder that too couldn't be made because of no pickles. I then said to her so what can you make because all the burgers have pickles on. The teller should have informed us from the start that unfortunately our burgers won't have pickles on the teller could not communicate properly. We then ordered 3 quarter pounder meals without pickles and then a Mc Chicken deluxe all was fine but the Mc Chicken Deluxe did not appear on the screen I then asked why it isn't showing there I was told because it's still on the truck. I asked so can we order it then she said yes she's waiting for a managers code. We then drove to the next window where another male teller repeated our order to us so we could pay. The mc Chicken deluxe was not on there I asked about it and was told it's on the truck. We then had to order another quarter pounder. The quality of the food was terrible minimal sauce onion was basically not existent. NO PICKLES I mean this is a staple how do you run out of this. Bad management all in all terrible communication and unnecessary waiting.
