McDonald's bara Square in soweto ****

I went to McDonald's in Bara Square in soweto last year and got ****ed my phone. I reported the incident but was told to go and open a case at the police station first so they can check their footage. I didn't because I thought it was gonna drag. This year on the 26th of April I went to the same McDonald's and the same guy that ****ed me phone was at the store doing the same thing he did to me. Because I had recognized the guy I immediately went to one of the staff member and reported him but still they took the matter very light. They told me there's nothing they can do. I can't go that McDonald's anymore because the guy recognized me as well so I am fearing for my safety.
