Mcdonalds ballito worst service poor service

Mcdonalds ballito is the worst store if i could give it a zero rating i would .i visited the branch on saturday 31/05/2025 .i was at the drive through placing my order .the lady her name is andile luthuli crew i.d 78 m i explained to her i want 2 reg chilli cheese burger meals only .i told her twice .she told me to proceed to the window.i went to the window i told her i want 2 chilli cheese burger meals twice again .she said is that my order i said yes .after i paid i realized she also charged me for a mcfeast burger and a mcfeast meal .i asked where did this order come from cause i didnt mention any of those things .she looked at me like i am from mars in disbelief.the manager then comes and says i must come fetch the money the next day .i told her im from free state so how can i do that .she then informed me she does not have any cash .how can a big name brand store does not have cash on them .i did not receive any apology from the uselese cashier or the store manager.they decide to call the security guard armed with a baton to intimidate me to leave .i am yet to receive my refund of R298.60 .i will never be visiting that branch or recommend anyone else to .
