McDonalds Ballito Junction and Mr D's terrible service!!!!!

A week ago I ordered McDonalds from the Ballito Junction mall. My daughter's Mcchicken burger had no bun on the bottom. My deluxe McChicken burger had no bun on the bottom either and no cheese. There was also no Bbq sauce for my other daughter's happy meal and no tomato sauce at all despite us asking for that I emailed their customer service and their customer service and they said they can't help me as my complaint needs to go through Mr D as I ordered it to be delivered through them. I even took a photo of my burger. It has taken a week to hear back from Mr D and they are wanting more photos. Very disappointed customer with McDonalds and Mr D! I don't think I will ever use either one again
