McDonalds Bad Service in every way

The service you get from McDonalds is appalling. They don't have working equipment so cant serve Ice Cream/Milkshakes, Staff are not trained properly, they don't know what they have in their stores. You try to get hold of their complaints department and you can only send and email. Which they close the case before the problem is even resolved. I have never had such bad service. And the bad part is I travel the country and it is at all the branches.
