McDonald's bad service and *********** stuff

I'm not happy with the service I revived from McDonald's. I placed my order at 13:50 and was supposed to have received it at 14:50. Didn't revived my order and no on thought of even calling me. I called and I was adviced that the manager of the store will call me. I waited for 20min and I called again and requested the numbers of the store. Called the manager who was aware of my complaint and took me for a joke. She didn't care. I kept asking when will I receive my order and she didn't care. I told her I want my food before 15:30 . now it's 16:55 and when I called I spoke to Nduduzo who adviced that he is not allowed to give his surname and he is not allowed to give his regional maangers numbers. He further adviced that the previous manager knocked off and he was not informed of my order. He was very rude. I want my refund and the meal I was supposed to get. Bad service ever.
