mcdonalds bad service

I ordered a meal from the Mcdonalds call centre and I was told that there aren't any drinks reflecting on the system therefore they will make a manual order for me and the store will call me to confirm my order. I waited 2 hours with no call from the store and when I called the call centre back they said that my order was cancelled. I am very unhappy with the service I received because there was no clear communication from the store and the call centre.
