McDonalds Bad service

I'm utterly disappointed by McDonalds Highveld mall witbank bad service. I don't understand why they can't serve coffee at 5:00 in the morning, I've been told the machine is out of order several times with a straight face. I mean, people need coffee to kick start their day.
