Mcdonalds bad advertising

I bought a md mchk spicy dell that is advertised for R39.90 as well as a med chillie chose dbl for R39.90 when paying I was told it's R2.00 extra per meal for the sugar in the cold drinks...this declaimer is not advertised on the boards..this meal is not under R40.If advertising material does not reflect the correct content how is this abiding by tcf.
