McDonalds Avonwood

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your Avonwood,Elsies River location. Today, I attempted to redeem my points at the till, but the cashier insisted on using the ordering screen instead. Despite my explanation, she proceeded with her method, which resulted in an error message. To my surprise, my points were still deducted, but the food was not provided.

After waiting for 30 minutes, the manager called me and displayed a dismissive attitude. She claimed that the issue was due to a technical problem and refused to provide the food. Furthermore, she assured me that my points would be reverted, but this did not happen. As a result, I was forced to pay for a meal despite having points taken.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and knowledge displayed by the staff and management. It is essential that your employees are educated on the proper use of the point system and provide respectful customer service.

I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to address these issues. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider my decision to purchase from McDonald's in the future.
