McDonalds Aukland Park, Johannesburg

Previously the Mcdonalds at Aukland park was by far one of my favorites. However, in the last 3 weeks the service has gone down completely with constantly getting orders wrong or not giving complete orders. Yesterday was the final straw. I visited the fast food restaurant and ordered 2 × 2 cheeseburger meals, where two of the four burgers were supposed to be plain with only the cheese and the patty. However, as I received the order they had only given me two of the four burgers, which luckily I realised as I recieved the food. I then drove away and was about to start eating my plain cheese burgers when I realised that they only gave me a dry patty and no cheese. I was upset already at this stage and went back explaining what had happened. They took my two burgers, that were now cold, back but rather than giving me two new burgers or even heating up my patties so that the cheese could melt - they put cold cheese on my dry burger and gave it back to me. I am a student so obviously the McDonalds was my everyday go to. But not anymore. Very disappointed.
