McDonald’s Auckland Park

McDonald’s in Auckland Park has an appalling service. The service is forever slow, it is never a pleasant experience at this part outlet. Lack of respect for customers. Today I went to redeem my points at the self-help kiosk and I asked some guy who was by the door to assist, he was wearing all black. He was so rude. I simply wanted to redeem my points for a Big Mac burger and was struggling, he literally told me to order a normal Big Mac. What is the difference between a normal Big Mac and the Big Mac meal on the McDonald’s app?? They are forever saying the machines don’t work for the app, then why introduce us to the app if it never works?
