McDonald's atrocious customer service

I do not know what happened to to turn a round times of McDonald's Summerstrand. I went through drive through on Sat...not for the first time over the past year...but especially over peak periods. The wait was more that 35 min. When ask why the the response was ..."short staff". When you order you need to say hello first...no pricing on the monitor...no man or sir greetings...no thank you and if you enquire about bad customer service...you get a snide remark or state. Here is the cherry on the cake...they never have ice cream in summer or on hot days. McDonald's need to embark on a huge customer service drive and train their staff on this. What is it that ultimately sets you apart from your competitors...definitely not...quick response?...absolutely not...then your staff also end up giving incorrect orders and chat and scream more in the back of house than anything else
